Research Areas

Design algorithms for parameter-derivatives of long-time statistics of chaotic systems in engineering or physics. I devised the nonintrusive shadowing and the fast response algorithms. They are the most efficient algorithms for recursively sampling linear responses on an orbit, which works in very high dimensional chaos.
