On August 23rd, students from the three-character class of Qiushi Academy from all over the world gathered in the beautiful Qinghua Garden. They come here with dreams and expectations, and they are about to start their truth-seeking journey.
At 7 a.m., the volunteers, counselors, and teachers gathered, from the main road to the C building, from the school gate to the dormitory. After the red arch and the welcome balloon, the students found the sign of Qiuzhen College and received the new campus card and military training ID under the guidance of the mascot Zhen Kirin. Leaving their name on the signature board was the first small ceremony for the freshmen to come to Tsinghua University, and the Academy also recorded this unforgettable moment for everyone.
Wang Xiqin, the president of Tsinghua University, also came to the registration point of the Qiuzhen College and asked about the registration process and volunteer service of the college freshmen. Zhang Ying Ying, the leader of the student working group of Qiuzhen College, came to the dormitory to communicate with the space, got a detailed understanding of the residence status, water and electricity facilities, daily necessities, and other conditions, and gave some suggestions to the volunteers' work.
In addition, the heavy gift packages for freshmen, including the Tsinghua University emblem, map, student handbook, study guide, school calendar, 2023 undergraduate course selection manual, the College Freshmen Handbook, and general education manual, are also poured into the college's full concern and expectation for the freshmen.
