Abstract:

We prove several slope inequalities for a relative minimal surface fibration in positive characteristic. As an application, we prove that $\chi(\mathcal O_S)>0$ holds for all smooth projective minimal surfaces $S$ of general type, which answers completely a question of Shepherd-Barron.

AbstractAfter a review about Xiao's approach of Slope inequalities and its generalization to positive characteristic, a Miyaoka-Yau type inequality for a minimal smooth surface of general type is given as an application. This is based on some work with Professor Yi Gu, Hao Sun and Xiaotao Sun.SpeakerResearch Interestsmoduli of vector bundle

AbstractMany crucial properties from the theory of Gaussian multiplicative chaos (initiated by Kahane in the 80s’) are based on various Gaussian comparison or decorrelation inequalities. We review some basic ingredients (with details) and give several recent applications and generalizations.Speaker主要研究概率论与数学物理的交叉方向,包括二维量子引力中的随机曲面,共形场论可积性等问题
