Iwasawa theory and tame kernels


Abstract:

We will talk about an early work of Coates, who used the fundamental results of Iwasawa and Tate, gave the asymptotic behaviour of the order of the p-primary part of K_2 of the integer rings along the cyclotomic Z_p extension over number field.
