摘要
Black holes want to absorb things, often related to the so-called no-hair theorem. This phenomenon is at the heart of black hole information paradoxes. In special situations, however, they do admit stationary hairs outside the event horizon. Both the no-hair theorem and its violation have interesting physics. After briefly reviewing the history of such studies, I will explain the recently found hairy black holes in the so-called anti de Sitter (AdS) spacetime and discuss their implications.
