Abstract：

I will give an elementary talk on a new interpretation of Rietsch's mirror for flag varieties of type A, which enables us to prove the mirror symmetry prediction that the first Chern class is mapped to the superpotential under the isomorphism between the quantum cohomology ring and the Jacobi ring. Ideas of the proof will be shown in explicit examples, using techniques mainly from Linear Algebra.
