Abstract
Attempts at the risk assessment of infectious disease transmission have developed rapidly in the past two decades, owing to the development of infectious disease surveillance and theoretical models. The estimation of transmission risk can reflect the key epidemiological characteristics of infectious disease transmission. In this report, we introduce some data-driven methods to calculate the risk levels of emerging viruses as well as their genetic variants, and vaccine protective effects.

赵时,博士,天津医科大学公共卫生学院教授,博导。研究工作围绕新发传染病建模,关注传染病疫情全过程的人群健康影响,包括新发传染病风险测算、干预措施评估等理论和应用研究。入选天津医科大学杰出青年人才计划,入选中华预防医学会公共卫生高层次人才培育计划。主持国家自然科学基金1项、国家重大专项青年培育项目。连续4年入选斯坦福大学-爱思唯尔全球前2%顶尖科学家名单,并获评香港理工大学杰出青年校友。
发表第一/通讯作者(含共同)SCI论文90余篇,包括JAMA Netw Open、JAMA Health Forum、Nat Cardiovasc Res、BMJ Med、Lancet Infect Dis等权威期刊,其中3篇ESI高被引论文,被引用量超过9000,h因子38。完成1项计算机软件著作和3项发明专利。担任SCI期刊和BMC Infect Dis(影响因子:3.7)编委;以及包括Innovation(影响因子:33.2)在内的多本期刊青年编委。
