Abstract

By the classical theory of complex multiplication, the modular j-function takes algebraic values at CM points. It is an interesting question to ask about the algebraic nature of other types of automorphic functions at CM points. For the automorphic Green function at integral parameters, Gross and Zagier conjectured in the 1980s that their values at a CM point is essentially the logarithm of an algebraic number. In this talk, we will discuss recent progress toward this conjecture. This is partly joint with Jan Bruinier and Tonghai Yang.

      CM minimization and special K-stability

Abstract Odaka proposed a conjecture predicting that the degrees of CM line bundles for families with fixed general fibers are strictly minimized if the special fibers are K-stable. This conjecture is called CM minimization and a quantitative strengthening of the conjecture of separatedness of moduli spaces of K-stable varieties (K-moduli). This conjecture was already shown for K-ample (Wang-Xu...

Wilson-loop One-point Functions in ABJM Theory

AbstractIn this paper we study the correlation function of a single trace operator and a circular supersymmetric Wilson loop in ABJM theory. The single trace operator is in the scalar sector and an eigen-operator of the planar two-loop anomalous dimension matrix. The Wilson loop is in the fundamental representation of the gauge group or a suitable (super-)group. Such correlation functions at tr...
